Meet Chelsea Dorsett, a registered dietitian from Huber Personalized Medicine that will tell you to never count calories, always eat the egg yolks and will remind you that the whole wheat sandwich you’re about to eat will raise your blood sugar more than a candy bar. Change your mindset, break your habits and learn to eat REAL food.
This month we’ll be discussing stress and your immune system. Learn how stress increases your risk for catching a cold and weakens your immune system. Dinner is provided at 6:30pm and childcare is also available.
